When you need a place to “put everything together”, build it!
When the studio is completed, everything will be easier to find. Then we can all make ready for the next epic adventure! As for now, it’s all “lost in a box somewhere”.
The moment we all (I) have been anticipating has finally arrived! Starting tomorrow (or last month or year, depending on when you're reading this), I (Skinny) will begin working on the studio. Expect photo updates when there is something to update! Make sure to check in regularly to ensure I stay on track to complete this project!
It is amazing how fast time goes by. In a blink of an eye, it has been 25 years since I wanted to get this project going. Even though it’s been 4 years since I started the studio build (now it has to be totally re-done) this is the year for completing projects! Life goes by fast, and if you let it, it (you) will pass before you can fully enjoy living! Don’t let dreams escape without at the least trying to accomplish them. Life isn’t all about the money… BUT, if you don’t have it, life seems to be a lot harder to get through.
With the progression of the studio build, I also hope to finish the house siding as well. As always, I’ll update when I can!
It has looked this way since 2020.
I think it's time for an upgrade!

6/21/24 Day 1
Let the clean-up commence!
This has almost become a neighborhood icon, or maybe eyesore...
6/22/24 Day 2 - 92 degrees and high humidity.
I didn't get in any rush.
At the end of the day, you can tell I actually got something accomplished!
6/24/24 Day 4 Been cuttin' trees for 2 days.
5, 6 pickin' up sticks.
And a lot of rakin'. My back's achin'!
A month has passed since this project was started.
Money, Time, and Energy are hard to come by at the same time!
So ends the first day of the build. Day 5 mid 80's 7/21/24.
Day 7, Another gorgeous summer day to be outside!
After several setbacks on day 6, the main frame is up on day 7.
Working solo takes time and creativity to hold a board on both ends!
Good progress, looking forward to warmer weather!
Day 12 Late on update, now it's COLD!!!
